Yono Rummy Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Yono Rummy platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application. If you are using the platform on behalf of any third party — including but not limited to placing bets with funds belonging to another person — you agree that you are also binding that third party to these Terms.

Yono Rummy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address on their account and by posting a notice on the platform homepage. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Yono Rummy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Yono Rummy operates a strict no-underage policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the funds you deposit. Using another person's payment method or account without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, nor be subject to any court or regulatory order that restricts your ability to enter into betting contracts.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Yono Rummy or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the platform.

Yono Rummy may, at its sole discretion, carry out identity and age verification checks at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Failure to satisfactorily complete such checks will result in the account being restricted or permanently closed.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on Yono Rummy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Any bonuses received through duplicate account activity will be voided.
• The Player may be permanently banned from the platform.

When registering, you must supply your full legal name, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Yono Rummy uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your account. All registration information must be truthful — the submission of false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

By completing registration, you confirm that the mobile number and payment method you supply are registered in your own name. Using another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or bank account to transact on your Yono Rummy account is not permitted.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Yono Rummy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify Yono Rummy support immediately at support@yonorummy.im if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Yono Rummy accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance of that activity occurring.

We may temporarily suspend your account if we detect unusual access patterns or if we have reason to believe your credentials may have been compromised. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered email address with instructions for restoring access.

6. Deposits

Yono Rummy accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no platform-imposed fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within fifteen minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and the amount deposited. Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered Yono Rummy account may be returned to the originating payment method after a reasonable investigation period.

Yono Rummy reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership and legitimacy of any payment method used, particularly for first-time deposits or unusually large deposit amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering precaution and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account restriction.

All deposited funds are held in accounts separate from Yono Rummy's operational funds. Player balances are not used to fund platform operations.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Yono Rummy account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification.

The standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two banking hours. Yono Rummy does not charge a fee on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods registered in the same name as the Yono Rummy account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. If your payment method has changed, contact our support team to update your details before requesting a withdrawal.

Yono Rummy reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, particularly where a Player has not previously completed KYC procedures, or where a withdrawal request is unusually large or inconsistent with prior account activity. We will communicate clearly about any such delay and the steps required to resolve it.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Yono Rummy offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free bet credits. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds where applicable, and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to your bonus balance separately from your real money balance.
• Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all gaming and betting activity.
• Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the promotion specifies a different period.
• Only one welcome bonus per Player. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and the duplicate account being closed.
• Yono Rummy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk staking strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion between Players, or exploitation of technical errors.

9. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Yono Rummy — including PSL betting, cricket betting, and football betting — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the relevant betting section.

• All bets are placed in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change at any time before your bet is confirmed; the odds at confirmation are final.
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific market.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL matches, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) result is final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• In the case of a match decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the DLS result is treated as the official result for all match winner and total runs markets.
• Yono Rummy reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a system error. Players will be notified and stakes returned if this occurs.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and are not reversible once confirmed.
• Yono Rummy reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual Player at its sole discretion, particularly where a pattern of consistently winning bets suggests an advantage that falls outside normal recreational betting behaviour.

10. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on Yono Rummy — including slots, roulette, poker, live dealer tables, and fishing games — are provided by third-party certified game studios. The random number generators used in all games have been independently tested and certified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-term theoretical return of each game.

Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel or help section. Players are advised to read these rules before placing real-money wagers. Yono Rummy accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that causes an interrupted or incorrectly settled game round, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• Results generated during a disconnection will be upheld if they were confirmed by our system before the disconnection occurred. If a round was not completed due to a disconnection, the stake will be returned.
• Progressive jackpots, where offered, are paid in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the win if the jackpot pool is funded in a foreign currency by the game provider.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Yono Rummy platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using any account that was not registered in your own name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support rather than exploiting them.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to manipulate the Yono Rummy platform through denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or any other form of technical interference.
• Posting or transmitting abusive, defamatory, or harassing content through any communication channel provided by Yono Rummy.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Yono Rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation when requested.
• Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees outlined in our fee schedule.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at support@yonorummy.im. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

13. Responsible Gaming

Yono Rummy provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases take 48 hours to apply; reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a set number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the platform. This is irreversible for the period selected (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, marketing communications will be stopped and any attempts to create new accounts will be blocked.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Yono Rummy platform — including but not limited to the Yono Rummy name and logo, website design and layout, game artwork, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of Yono Rummy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works from any Yono Rummy content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Yono Rummy's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright and trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yono Rummy's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding any claim. Yono Rummy will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, power failures, government action, or force majeure events.
• Third-party game or payment system failures, provided Yono Rummy has taken reasonable steps to engage reputable service providers.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under Pakistani consumer law.

16. Privacy

Yono Rummy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at yonorummy.im/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate and administer your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account and our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

17. Amendments to These Terms

Yono Rummy may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven days' notice via the registered email address on your account and a notice on the platform homepage. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Yono Rummy platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must close your account by contacting our support team before the effective date. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon account closure.
